<br />,-r <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />I' <br />~ I <br /> <br />,:1 <br />, <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 00-035 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT DENYING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE CITY OFNEWBRJGHTON LOCATED AT 2924 16TH STREETNW. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the <br />City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit "A" <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have <br />adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions <br />can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property <br />without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed new lot is 58 feet wide, therefore, does not meet the City's minimum lot <br />width requirement of 75 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are no lots on Roxanna Avenue and Valerie Lane that do not meet the City's <br />minimum lot width requirement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton denied the applicant's request for a lot width variance <br />(~()-l);' and <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />NOW,_l'HEl!EEORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of New Brighton denies PLOO-2. <br />,</ ........../ <br /> <br />t._ <br /> <br />"!-"1_ <br />""t.: <br /> <br />.
