7. a original Civic Campus Comprehensive Sign Plan was approved and implemented in <br />2005, then revised in 2009. <br />8. a Special Use Permit request to revise the Civic Campus Comprehensive Sign Plan was <br />precipitated by negotiations with Subway restaurant to open a sandwich kiosk within the <br />New Brighton Community Center and to display logo signage on the existing ground signs. <br />9. 71e Planning Commission and City Council reviewed the proposal in accordance with the <br />llowing Comprehensive Sign Plan findings of Zoning Code Section 9-041 (4): <br />a.
