3. �tch individual property shall have its four subsequent quarterly sewer charges determined <br />its winter quarter water usage. <br />4. f I Or a new residential account which did not exist at the time of the winter quarter, or in the <br />se of a change in ownership for a home which occurs after the winter quarter, the sewer <br />consumption charges shall be set at the lower of 22,000 gallons per quarter or actual water <br />age, but not lower than the minimum. For all other types of new accounts, the sewer <br />cfiarges shall be based on the actual quarterly water usage until the next winter quarter. <br />5.enever there is an outstanding balance on a customer's account as of the next business <br />y after the due date, a fee of ten percent (10%) shall be charged on the entire outstanding <br />6.e charges for miscellaneous items, such as meters, repair work, and special services shall <br />equal to an amount which permits the City to recover the costs associated with the item. <br />7. en actual usage is not obtainable from a water meter, a non-refundable fee of $25 per <br />cp4arter per meter shall be charged. <br />n actual usage is not obtained during the winter quarter, the sewer charge will be based <br />a consumption of 40,000 per quarter. <br />February 26, 2013. <br />r <br />-A.
