RESOLUTION NO. 13- <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR <br /> A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT 13-1,2013 STREET REHABILITATION. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council order, a Feasibility Report has been <br /> prepared by the Engineering Department of the City of New Brighton with reference to <br /> the construction of Improvement Project 13-1, 2013 Street Rehabilitation, and <br /> WHEREAS, this Feasibility Report was received by the City Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton on March 12,2013. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton: <br /> 1. That Council will consider the construction of the proposed Improvement 13-1, <br /> 2013 Street Rehabilitation, in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br /> contiguous or benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> installation, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 429.011, law 1955, Chapter 393, as <br /> amended, at the estimated cost of$1,436,400. <br /> 2. That the public improvement hearing will be held on said proposed improvement <br /> in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p.m., April 9, 2013, and the Clerk <br /> shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br /> required by law. <br /> Adopted this of 12th day of March, 2013. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Dave Jacobsen,Mayor <br /> Daniel A.
