Resolution No. 13 -018. <br />City Manager Lotter explained the utility rate analysis was completed on a regular basis to ensure that the <br />City's water, sewer, stormwater and street light rates were appropriate for operations, capital maintenance and <br />replacement He indicated the information was being presented to the public this evening by Director of <br />Public Works Wyffels and Director of Finance Maiers. <br />Director of finance Maiers stated the scope of the utility rate analysis was on the water, sanitary sewer, <br />stormwater and street light enterprise funds and their respective capital project funds. He discussed the process <br />noting a review of last year's rates were reviewed and updated as necessary hi addition, staffreviewed <br />cunwit and firture anticipated improvement projects and updated rates where necessary ensuring projected <br />cash balances of Capital Project Funds remain viable.
