The Planning Commission and City Council reviewed the Nonconforming Use Permit in <br />accordance with Zoning Code Section 8-460 and found the criteria to be met in that the <br />nonconformity cannot practically be reduced and/or eliminated. <br />The Planning Commission and City Council recommended the City Council approve the <br />Site Plan and Nonconforming Use Permit requests. <br />Now T ffEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that based upon the above findings of fact the application <br />fora ite Plan (LP2013-002) and Nonconforming Use Permit (NC2013-001) is hereby approved, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1 The proposed addition is constructed consistent with the plans and analysis contained <br />within the written Planning Report. <br />2 All ancillary outside storage is removed in conjunction with completion of the addition. <br />3 Implementation of the recommendations made in the interoffice engineering/public <br />works memo, attached as Exhibit G. <br />this 26th day of March, 2013. <br />AT T: <br />Danifl A.
