o Renovation Plumbing Details and Schedules <br /> o Renovation Electrical Floor Plan <br /> o Renovation Electrical Details and Schedules <br /> • When we have approval to proceed for bidding, we will have plans and specifications printed, will <br /> prepare an Advertisement for Bids and will have plans posted on the Builders Exchanges and Plan <br /> Sites for examination by interested Bidders. <br /> During Bidding we will answer contractor questions and will issue any required addenda to the plans and <br /> specifications. We will assist you in the bid opening, review bids and make recommendations to you <br /> concerning selection of a contractor. We will prepare owner/contractor contracts and conduct a pre- <br /> construction meeting at the start of the construction phase. We will visit the project site a minimum of once <br /> every two weeks to review the construction progress, we will work with the construction contractors to help <br /> resolve any construction questions and will review and approve contractor Application for Payments. Near the <br /> end of the project we will conduct a construction punch list inspection and prepare a Certificate of Substantial <br /> Completion. We will conduct a final inspection upon completion of all punch list items and make <br /> recommendation to you when the project is complete and has met all plan and specification requirements. <br /> Through the one year contractor warranty period we will assist you in resolving any contractor correction <br /> issues. <br /> We propose to provide the noted Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Services for a <br /> lump sum cost of$21,500.00. We will charge our direct cost for printing of plans as a reimbursable project <br /> expense.
