Legislative History: City Project 12-3, 2012 Pavement Management Plan April 4, 2012: PREC meeting staff presented the 2012 Pavement Management Program projects and held an open discussion. June 12,2012: Plans and specifications were approved and Council authorized staff to advertise for bids. July 24,2012: Low Bid Awarded to Peterson Companies,Inc. City Project 12-8,New Brighton Exchange City Improvements December 14, 2010: City Council approved a Development Agreement with The View at Long Lake, LLC. (Note: The View at Long Lake is a limited liability corporation created by Stuart Development Company for the purpose of developing this project.) January 25,2011: City Council approved a revised Development Agreement with The View at Long Lake,LLC. May 25,2011: The City signed the Subdivision Agreement for The View Apartments at Long Lake, including Exhibit 9 which specifies City Related Improvements. July 24, 2012: Low Bid Awarded to Peterson Companies,Inc. Financial Impact: Please see attached payment breakdown for details. Explanation: City Project 12-3 consists of the following: • City Hall parking lot. Veterans Park trail, and Golden Pond dredLing The City reconstructed the existing parking lot. Additional improvements included curb and gutter replacement, and stormwater improvements required by the watershed district. The City provided a 2-inch overlay on the existing trails and dredged/disposed of accumulated sediment in Golden Pond. • Meadow Wood Park hard court The City provided a 2-inch overlay on the existing basketball court. • Driftwood Park East parking lot The City reconstructed the existing parking lot. Additional improvements included curb and gutter replacement, and stormwater improvements required by the watershed district.
