May 28, 2013 Page 8 of 8 Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to Adopt a Resolution Approving the request subject to four conditions. 4 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried Commission Liaison Reports, Announcements and Updates Dean Lntter City Manager Lotter noted he would be attending a discussion with reps from the Met Council to talk about their plans for the next few decades. He anticipated drinking water would be a major topic of concern over the next 10 years. He explained there would be a Ramsey County League of Local Government meeting on Thursday evening. He reminded the Council that the League of Minnesota Cities Conference would be held on June 19th through June 21St Mary Burg Councilmember Burg reported she attended the May 21 St Planning Commission meeting. Char Samuelson Councilmember Samuelson reported the PREC would be meeting on June 4th and would be discussing parks and trails. Paul Jacobsen Councilmember Jacobsen reported the EDC met on May 21St. An update on Pulte Homes was provided. He thanked all those who were in attendance at the Memorial Day Celebration at St. John's Cemetery. He appreciated all who volunteered and assisted in the planning of this event. Mayor Jacobsen Mayor Jacobsen stated Ramsey County has invited the public to a groundbreaking ceremony for the TCAAP redevelopment project on June 7th at 3:00 p.m. at the TCAAP Administration Building. He encouraged the entire Council to attend.
