<br /> If you recall that I have tried to get city involved in 2005 to create a taxing district which will help to
<br /> improve the beauty of the pond and its surrounding area. After having couple of meetings with the city they
<br /> have agreed to send the proposal to city council meeting. In order to get any kind of city involvement city
<br /> wants 75%participation by the residents. If you like to participate in the following proposal then please
<br /> sign below to give your consent.
<br /> We,who are among the residents adjacent to Innsbruck Pond in New Brighton, request the City
<br /> Council to consider the creation of a taxation district. It is our intention to improve and maintain the
<br /> water quality that we each enjoy throughout the year. Through this taxation district we believe we
<br /> can provide a funding source to maintain Innsbruck Pond from this point forward.
