RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 13- <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF NO PARKING SIGNAGE ON 5TH <br /> STREET NW AT INCA LANE ADJACENT TO BELAIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. <br /> WHEREAS, staff received a request to review the existing sight lines and addition of no parking <br /> signage on 5th Street NW as cars approach Inca Lane. During the school year,vehicles have to pull out <br /> onto 5th Street with obstructed sightlines due to cars parked too close to the corners; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the engineering staff has reviewed the existing sightlines at the intersection of Inca Lane <br /> and 5th Street NW and concluded that the installation of No Parking signage would provide improved <br /> sightlines at all times. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of New Brighton hereby <br /> orders the installation of the following No Parking Signage: <br /> 1. Add four(4)"No Parking from Here to Corner"signs at Inca Lane on 5th Street NW at <br /> variable distances from the radius points. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of August, 2013. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Dave Jacobsen, Mayor <br /> Daniel A.
