Resolution No. 13-059. 500 5th Avenue NW. <br /> Report No. 13-182. <br /> Public Safety Director Jacobson commented Laurie Dahl and Justin Christensen of Mustang Resolution No. 13-059 <br /> Sports Bar Minnesota, LLC doing business as Mustang Tavern at 500 4th Avenue NW have <br /> applied for an on sale liquor license. The requisite background check completed by Public <br /> Safety revealed no reason to deny this request. He commented City ordinance requires a public <br /> hearing prior to issuance of an intoxicating liquor license. Notice was published in the City's <br /> designated newspaper and a notice was posted at City Hall. He recommended the Council hold <br /> a public hearing and approve the on sale liquor license for Mustang Tavern. <br /> Justin Christensen, Mustang Tavern owner, thanked the Council for considering his request this <br /> evening. He then reviewed his plans for Mustang Tavern noting all food would be made from <br /> scratch and that he would work to promote the local school and public servants.
