Todd Martenson, 703 <br /> 4th Avenue NW,explained he was restoring the dump truck and it would be housed inside the new garage. <br /> Chairperson Howard asked if the applicant was within the structure percentage requirements. Planner Gundlach <br /> explained after completing the calculations the applicant did meet the 30%requirement. <br /> Chairperson Howard questioned how vehicles would enter and exit the new garage.
