The following is my written narrative requested for the garage I'm <br /> planning at 703 4th ave. NW. This accessory building is for storage <br /> of my boat, tractor and several antiques that I collect. You will find <br /> along with my pre-application form, land use and special use <br /> permit applications a recent survey of my lots with required set <br /> backs and property lines. The building dimensions are as follows: <br /> 28 x 34. Maintenance and use of the building will be kept the same <br /> as the rest of the property and will not diminish, impair or be <br /> injurious to the use or enjoyment of the neighboring properties. <br /> Nor does the proposed garage impede normal development and <br /> makes use of existing utilities. Access to the garage will be from <br /> the alley much like my neighbors access their garages. I will be <br /> matching the siding and roof to my home and will not use for <br /> business purposes. <br /> Thank you <br /> Todd Martenson <br />
