Planner Gundlach explained when <br /> the site was developed shared easements were in place with the adjacent properties. She commented the County would <br /> not allow them to have their own access at this time given the fact shared access was available. <br /> Commissioner McPherson requested further information on the number of required parking stalls. Planner Gundlach <br /> stated the orthodontic clinic and dental specialty clinic have different demands. Andrew Wahl,Dental Properties,LLC, <br /> explained the proposed parking would meet the needs of both offices.
