1 <br /> Approved <br /> • Continued compliance with the conditions of Resolution 13-012, except as otherwise revised as part of this <br /> request. <br /> • Implementation of the original Landscape Plan approved on January 22,2013,except as otherwise revised as part <br /> of this request. <br /> • All lighting shall comply with the standards outlined in Zoning Code Section 11-010(6). <br /> • Both tenants shall comply with the sign standards in Section 9-080 and the multiple occupancy standards in <br /> Section 9-110. <br /> • Incorporation of the comments contained in the Interoffice Public Works/Engineering Memo dated 8/12/2013. <br /> • Prior to release of the building permit,the applicant shall provide evidence of a Watershed District Permit that <br /> includes the proposed addition. <br /> Commissioner Banker asked why the property has no access to the County road ways. Planner Gundlach explained when <br /> the site was developed shared easements were in place with the adjacent properties. She commented the County would <br /> not allow them to have their own access at this time given the fact shared access was available. <br /> Commissioner McPherson requested further information on the number of required parking stalls. Planner Gundlach <br /> stated the orthodontic clinic and dental specialty clinic have different demands. Andrew Wahl,Dental Properties,LLC, <br /> explained the proposed parking would meet the needs of both offices. He commented a number of his patients arrive on <br /> bike. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Shardlow, seconded by Commissioner Meyers to approve staff recommendation. <br /> Approved 6-0. <br /> Other Business: None. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion by Commissioner Shardlow, seconded by Commissioner McPherson,to adjourn the meeting. <br /> 6 Ayes,0 Nayes,Motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM <br /> 3 <br />
