He was thoroughly pleased with the entire planning process <br /> and very excited to have this project so close beginning. Mr. Peterson reviewed the sign plans <br /> proposed for the entrance to The Enclave. <br /> Councilmember Burg welcomed Pulte Homes to the City of New Brighton. <br /> Mayor Jacobsen questioned when the project would break ground. Mr. Peterson anticipated <br /> that construction would begin mid to late October. He explained the plan was to have two models <br /> ready for the spring Parade of Homes. <br /> Councilmember Bauman was thrilled to see Pulte Homes bringing their high quality homes to New Brighton. <br /> She questioned when homes within Phase 2 would be for sale. Mr.Peterson stated these would not be sold <br /> until the streets within Phase 2 were completed. <br /> Councilmember Jacobsen requested further information on the proposed home models. Mr.Peterson <br /> discussed the six single-family home models in detail with the Council.
