Per Ordinance No. 818, one - family detached dwelling units are <br />only permitted as part of a Planned Development, as regulated in Chapter 7 of the <br />Zoning Code. Certain criteria for site standards, building type, parking <br />requirements, and building materials have been specified for one - family detached <br />dwelling units as part of Ordinance No. 818. Additionally, Section 9 -730 <br />regarding street types has been repealed and Figure 3 pertaining to Building <br />Types has been amended.
