The Compliance Date <br />shall be December 31, 2018. Commencement and compliance dates for future phases <br />shall be established as part of the Final PUD approval. <br />• Submission of a copy of their Rice Creek Watershed District permit. <br />• Review and acceptance of the plat by the Ramsey County Surveyor. <br />• Payment of park dedication fees for Phase 1 in the amount of $99,430 ($1,630 x 61 <br />lots) at the time of City Council approval of the Final Plat. <br />Ian Peterson, Pulte Homes of Minnesota, thanked Staff for the thorough report this evening and <br />for the Council's consideration. He was thoroughly pleased with the entire planning process <br />and very excited to have this project so close beginning. Mr. Peterson reviewed the sign plans <br />proposed for the entrance to The Enclave. <br />Councilmember Burg welcomed Pulte Homes to the City of New Brighton. <br />Mayor Jacobsen questioned when the project would break ground. Mr. Peterson anticipated <br />that construction would begin mid to late October. He explained the plan was to have two models <br />ready for the spring Parade of Homes. <br />Councilmember Bauman was thrilled to see Pulte Homes bringing their high quality homes to New Brighton. <br />She questioned when homes within Phase 2 would be for sale. Mr. Peterson stated these would not be sold <br />until the streets within Phase 2 were completed. <br />Councilmember Jacobsen requested further information on the proposed home models. Mr. Peterson <br />discussed the six single - family home models in detail with the Council. He explained the Hilltop and <br />Baldwin models would be built in Phase 1 for the spring Parade of Homes. <br />Councilmember Burg thanked Pulte Homes for using several historical New Brighton names for the streets <br />within the new development. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Burg to adopt the Ordinance <br />approving the Zoning Code Amendment as drafted by staff and approved by the City Attorney. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to adopt the Resolution <br />approving the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and Phase 1 to be known as Enclave at New Brighton <br />Exchange, Preliminary PUD approval, Final PUD approval for Phase 1, and a Zoning Code <br />Amendment, subject to the 12 conditions outlined in the Resolution. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />Commission Liaison Reports, Announcements and Updates <br />Dean Lotter <br />City Manager Lotter reported the National League of Cities Conference would be held in <br />Seattle, Washington in mid - November.
