Robert Haack, the heir to the property, has submitted a repurchase application with Ramsey <br /> County. The Ramsey County Board requires a city adopt a resolution recommending the board approve <br /> or deny the repurchase application and return the resolution and any documentation of violations for the <br /> property. Staff found no violations for the property.
