RESOLUTION NO. 13 -086 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RAMSEY COUNTY APPROVE THE <br />;PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR PIN NUMBERS 18- 30 -23 -11 -0002 and 18 -30- <br />23 -11 -0010, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LONG LAKE <br />ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD H <br />WHEREAS, PIN numbers 18- 30 -23 -11 -0002 and 18- 30 -23 -11 -0010, located in <br />Brighton, Minnesota was forfeited to the State of Minnesota and Ramsey County on <br />st 1, 2012 for failure to pay taxes.; and <br />WHEREAS, Robert Haack, the previous owner of the property has filed an <br />nation with Ramsey County to repurchase the lots with the PINS 18- 30 -23 -11 -0002 <br />18- 30 -23 -11 -0010, located at the southwest corner of Long Lake Road and County <br />1 H; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Board Policy No. 99 -507 requires that each <br />ase application be referred to the municipality in which the property is located for <br />irnendation on whether the repurchase application should be approved or denied.; <br />WHEREAS, Policy 99 -507 requires that the municipality document whether the <br />rty is considered a municipal problem based on documented police, building code, <br />1 activity, or health violations in the past five years.; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has reviewed their records and found no <br />cemented calls, code enforcement issues, actions of illegal activity or health violations <br />thin the past five years <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of New Brighton: <br />1. Recommends that the Ramsey County Board approve the repurchase <br />plication submitted by Robert Haack for the repurchase of PINs 18- 30 -23 -11 -0002 and <br />- 30 -23 -11 -0010, located at the southwest corner of Long Lake Road and County Road <br />in New Brighton, Minnesota. <br />Adopted this 12th day of November, 2013. <br />
