Staff finds this criterion to be met as two additional antennas at this site will not be <br /> readily noticeable to the surrounding area. <br /> c. That the establishment of the special use will not impede the normal and orderly <br /> development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the <br /> district. <br /> Stafffinds this criterion to be met. The entire area is fully developed and the antenna <br /> installation should not impact the uses permitted in the area. <br /> d. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and/or necessary facilities have been or <br /> are being provided. <br /> Stafffinds this criterion to be met. All existing facilities will be adequate to install the <br /> two additional antennas. <br /> e. That the special use shall, in all other respects, conform to the applicable regulations <br /> of the district in which it located. <br /> Staff provided an analysis of compliance with all other aspects of the Zoning Code <br /> within this report and thus finds this criterion to be met. <br /> Staff finds all standards of Section 8-130 to be met. <br /> In conclusion, staff finds all special use standards of Section 4-600 (2) & (4) and Section 8-130 <br /> to be met. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the Resolution provided recommending approval of the Special Use Permit as submitted. <br /> I I V . 61A-1Ak a/V <br /> Janice Gundlach, City Planner <br />
