<br />~ <br /> <br />3.3 PERIODIC CONTRIBUTIONS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the requirement provided above and in other Articles of this <br />Plan that Salary Redirections be contributed to the Plan by the Employer on behalf of an <br />Employee on a level and pro rata basis for each payroll period, the Employer and <br />Administrator may implement a procedure in which Salary Redirections are contributed <br />throughout the Plan Year on a periodic basis that is not pro rata for each payroll period. <br />However, with regard to the Health Care Reimbursement Plan, the payment schedule for <br />the required contributions may not be based on the rate or amount of reimbursements <br />during the Plan Year. In the event Salary Redirections are not made on a pro rata basis, <br />upon termination of participation, a Participant may be entitled to a refund of such Salary <br />Redirections pursuant to Section 2.6. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br />BENEFITS <br /> <br />4.1 BENEFIT OPTIONS <br /> <br />Each Participant may elect to have the amount of his Cafeteria Plan Benefit <br />Dollars applied to anyone or more of the foiiowing optional Benefits: <br /> <br />(1) Health Care Reimbursement Plan <br /> <br />(2) Dependent Care Assistance Program <br /> <br />(3) Insurance Premium Payment Plan <br /> <br />(i) Health Insurance Benefit <br /> <br />(ii) Dental Insurance Benefit <br /> <br />(iii) Group-Term Life Insurance Benefit <br /> <br />(4) Cash Benefit <br /> <br />4.2 HEALTH CARE REIMBURSEMENT PLAN BENEFIT <br /> <br />Each Participant may elect coverage under the Health Care Reimbursement <br />Plan option, in which case Article VI shall ap;:>ly. <br /> <br />4.3 DEPENDENT CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BENEFIT <br /> <br />Each Participant may elect coverage under the Dependent Care Assistance <br />Program option, in which case Article VII shaJI apply. <br /> <br />7 <br />
