RESOLUTION NO. <br />13 -098 <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br />ON ESTABLISHING THE 2014 UTILITY RATES AND CHARGES <br />the City operates Water, Sewer, Stormwater and Street Light Utilities; and <br />an analysis of the utility rates in conjunction with a review of the Water, Sewer, <br />Dr and Street Light operations and the capital improvement program has been <br />l: and <br />the rates will be effective with the customers' first quarter billed on or after March 1, <br />h.1r71 <br />Now, therefore be it resolved: <br />2014 utility rates shall be: <br />Water <br />Sewer <br />Storm Water: <br />Single family residence <br />Park, cemetery, golf course <br />School <br />Townhouse & mobile home park <br />Church <br />Apartment, condominium, senior <br />housing & nursing home <br />Commercial, industrial, & <br />$1.78 per 1,000 gallons <br />$3.98 per 1,000 gallons <br />$12.39 per quarter <br />$3.42 per acre per quarter <br />$37.15 per acre per quarter <br />$50.52 per acre per quarter <br />$69.22 per acre per quarter <br />$82.48 per acre per quarter <br />warehouse $154.58 per acre per quarter <br />Unimproved, vacant land $ 0.00 per acre per quarter <br />Street Lights: <br />Single and two family residential property <br />All other properties <br />$7.77 per quarter <br />$23.31 per quarter <br />2. e minimum quarterly charges shall be $14.24 for water and $31.84 for sewer. Usage of <br />R0,000 or fewer gallons will be charged the minimum. <br />
