Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Bauman, Burg, Jacobsen and Strub Absent: None Also Present: Dean Lotter -City Manager, Bob Jacobson - Director of Public Safety, Grant Wyffels- Director of Public Works, and Grant Fernelius- Director of Community Development Call to Order Call to order Mayor Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm. Public Comment Forum Mayor Jacobsen opened the Public Forum for comments from the public. Council Agenda Approval of the January 14, 2014 Council Agenda Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Burg to approve the agenda as submitted. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays- Motion Carried Council Minutes Approval of the Council minutes from December 10, 2013. Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Burg to approve the minutes from the December 10, 2013 meeting. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried Commission Minutes None. Special Order of Business 1. Administer Oath of Office to Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Bauman and Strub Finance Director Maiers administered the Oath of Office to Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmember Bauman and Councilmember Strub.
