The <br />final construction amount based on installed quantities was for $11,696 ($3,150 under budget). <br />Please see attached payment breakdown for details. <br />Explanation: All contract work with Penn Contracting, Inc. for City Project 13 -5, Rice Creek <br />Terrace Storm Sewer Repair has been completed and accepted by City staff. This payment includes <br />payment on all contract final quantities associated with the project.
