No.'s 2184678 & 4356192, legally described as follows: That part of the 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement as dedicated on Outlot A, NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE 1ST ADDITION, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies adjacent to the southerly right of way line of Northwest Parkway; lying easterly of a line 10 feet east of and parallel with the west line of said Outlot A and its northerly extension thereof and also lies westerly of the west line of the 60 foot wide drainage and utility easement per Ramsey County Recorder or Registrar Document Number 2100109 and Document Number 4205582. c. The Vacation of a public roadway easement, specifically a 70 foot wide roadway easement dedicated between Outlots A, F, and a part of Outlot E, NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE 1sT ADDITION per Ramsey County Recorder or Registrar Doc.
