<br />~. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br />I' <br />I <br /> <br />] i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. qq-OR? <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A RESTRICTED USE DEED OF TAX <br />FORFEITURE PROPERTY FOR STORM WATER RETENTION PURPOSES AND FOR <br />ACQUISITION OF ADJACENT PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS property located at and near 1760 Long Lake Road in the City of New Brighton in <br />Ramsey County Minnesota is considered tax forfeited property; and <br /> <br />WHERAS the property identification numbers of these parcels are Parcell: 19-30-23-11-0111-9 <br />and Parcel 2: 19-30-23-11-0111-6; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of New Brighton desires to use Parcel No.1 for long term water retention <br />purposes and desires to acquire Parcel No.2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the 1999 Legislature approved special legislation granting the right for the City of <br />New Brighton to receive title to Parcel No. 1 for no consideration for the purpose of i <br />long term storm water retention purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ,City of New Brighton requests Ramsey County <br />to convey a Restricted Use Deed to Parcell for no consideration for the purpose of long-term storm <br />water retention purposes pursuant to 1999 legislation and to sell Parcel 2 to the City of New <br />Brighton. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />14th day of September <br /> <br />,1999. <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />if <br />" <br />., <br />j i <br />! <br /> <br />~+rOUb-- <br /> <br />Matthew S.
