'.''"':''"-.... -- <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />,",,' <br />.....r! <br /> <br />!)- <br />.. <br /> <br />..~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION Nc.. 99-069 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION A WARDING THE BID FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 99-1, HIGHCREST <br />AREA STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, bids for the above mentioned improvements were received, opened, and read aloud by the <br />City Administration at 9:00 a.m., July 23, 1999, complying with the advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bidder meeting bid specifications was found to be Midwest Asphalt <br />. Corporation with a bid of$1,084,826.25. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Midwest Asphalt Corporation in the name ofthe City of New Brighton <br />for Improvement Project 99- I, Highcrest Area Street Reconstruction; and <br /> <br />2.
