CSI will receive <br />the rebate directly from the State on a performance basis. The company has prepared application materials <br />and the City is not playing an active role in the distribution of funds. Staffrecommended the Council approve <br />a Resolution of support for CSI's application to DEED. <br />Councilmember Bauman believed this was one of the most important parts ofthis entire project. She wished <br />CSI much success as they expanded their corporate headquarters in the New Brighton. <br />Councilmember Burg agreed stating the jobs created by CSI would be valuable to the community and would <br />positively impact New Brighton's economy. <br />Councilmember Strub reported CSI was planning to add 205 new jobs over the next three years.
