She discussed the pending Time Wamer merger and how this would <br />impact Comcast customerc. She reported that tlre requested PEG fees would mver 10 cities and notjust one' <br />This should be consideredby Comc¿st ontheir graph andnoted complaints were notbeingmade aboutPEc <br />fees, but rafher, with Comcast itself. She believed the $0.44 PEG fee was insulting. She discussed the <br />combative negotiationprocessthathas incrxïedwith Comcast andbelievedthey were unwillingto <br />compromise. She supported the cunent $4. 15 PEG fees continuing hrt indicated this was not supported by <br />Comcast.
