As required by the Rice Creek Watershed District, a sedimentation pond is being <br />constructed to filter out sediment prior to draining into the Stony Lake wetland. <br />10. Silt fence will be used to protect Stony Lake from sediments and erosion during <br />construction of the project. <br />11. A stonn sewer overflow pipe will be installed to control the water elevation of Stony Lake <br />to prevent flooding. <br />12. The mature Oak trees along the east, south and west borders ofthe project will remain to <br />provide screening of adjacent properties. <br />13. Traffic generated from the proposed 9 new homes will be minimal. <br />14.
