<br />.. <br />I..... <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br /><: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 065 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1997 ANNUAL FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Whereas, the City is required to complete an audited annual financial report; <br /> <br />Whereas, the 1997 Annual Financial Report has been completed by the City's Finance Department <br />and audited by an independent certified public accountant; <br /> <br />Whereas, the auditor has also prepared a Management Report; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The 1997 Annual Financial and Management Reports shall be accepted. <br /> <br />2. The 1997 Annual Financial Report shall be submitted for entry in the national certificate <br />program. <br /> <br />Adopted June 23, 1998. <br /> <br />~ <br />Robert 1.
