court, be entitled to judgment for reasonable attorney fees incurred by reason of such action and all costs of suit and those incurred in preparation thereof. 16. INSURANCE. APi shall furnish or cause the prime contractor to furnish, prior to the commencement of construction of any of the improvements contemplated herein and subject to the review and approval of the City, an insurance certificate maintaining comprehensive general liability (occurrence) insurance in an amount of not less than $2,000,000 covering any accident and /or cause of action arising in connection with APi construction contemplated herein and activities on the Subject Property and Outlot B, and shall deliver a certificate of insurance (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to City), naming City as an additional insured thereunder. The contractor shall keep the insurance in force at all times that construction of the development is in progress. The insurance must provide that the insurer will give the City not less than thirty (30) days' written notice prior to cancellation or termination of the insurance policy. In the event of cancellation, the City shall have all remedies available for breach hereunder. 17. NOTICES.
