An application for a nonconforming use permit was filed with the City of New Brighton <br />on March 20, 1998. <br />2. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public <br />hearing on April 21, 1998, and all persons present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. On April 28, 1998, the City Council considered NC-l 09. <br /> <br />NQW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect <br />to NC-lio9: <br /> <br />. 1. The subject site is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The following Type IV nonconformities exist on the subject site (2111 and 2203 Long <br />Lake Road): <br />a. The lot width of each lot is 30 feet. <br />3. The applicant has no possible way to reduce the nonconformity of either ofthese lots. <br />. 4.
