Your request was received on June 29, 2012. Below is a list of items the City of New Brighton is requesting in order to complete our review: • A current Certificate of Survey for the entire property noting building and parking lot locations and their setbacks to property boundaries. Upon application submittal, City staff provided an extension to Monday,July 9th for submission of this item. As of the time this letter was prepared, this item has not yet been received. • A proposed Site Plan,including a proposed parking layout and lot striping plan.Upon application submittal,City staff provided an extension to Monday,July 9th for submission of this item. As of the time this letter was prepared,this item has not yet been received. • A traffic study analyzing traffic impacts to 1st Street SW and more importantly access to Old Highway 8 SW. The City is concerned above excessive travel time delay at the intersection of Old Highway 8 SW and 1st Street SW. Concerns include,but are not limited to: o Peak times for busses departing the site and returning o Directional split north and south of bus traffic o Number of busses accessing the site o Bus routes to and from the site Planning File SP2012-002 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items requested above by August 2, 2012 by 11:00 AM in order to be heard at the August 21, 2012 Planning Commission meeting.
