JUBWA
O'BRESKY ENTERPRISES,INC.
4900 HIGHWAY 169 NORTH
SUITE 107
MINNEAPOLIS MN 55426
PHONE 763.553-9616
FAX 763.553-2006
New Brighton Community Center Subway Restaurant Parking Impact.
The proposed New Brighton Community Center Subway location is a non-traditional
location who's primary customer base will be conununity residents visiting the
Community Center for other reasons, such as use of the fitness center, Eagles Nest and
the Library.
We estimate an average of 825 customers per week at this Subway location when it
reaches its full volume potential. 75% of those visitors will be residents of the
community visiting the center for other reasons. That leaves 206 customers per week or
29 customers per day who will be residents drawn to the center to visit the Subway
restaurant.
If these customer visits follow our normal traffic pattern for this type of location 10% of
the visits will be for breakfast,50%will be for lunch and 40%will be for dinner.
Our breakfast visits will occur between 7:00 am to 9:00 am, lunch visits will occur
between 11:00 am to 1:30 pm and dinner visits will occur between 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Note these hours will vary, depending on when the Community Center is open to the
public.
With 29 additional visits occurring over a 6.5 hour time frame we estimate 2 to 4 parking
stalls will be used at any one time by visitors drawn to the Community Center by
Subway.
Signed,
l)anielO'Bresky
