That leaves 206 customers per week or <br /> 29 customers per day who will be residents drawn to the center to visit the Subway <br /> restaurant. <br /> If these customer visits follow our normal traffic pattern for this type of location 10% of <br /> the visits will be for breakfast,50%will be for lunch and 40%will be for dinner. <br /> Our breakfast visits will occur between 7:00 am to 9:00 am, lunch visits will occur <br /> between 11:00 am to 1:30 pm and dinner visits will occur between 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. <br /> Note these hours will vary, depending on when the Community Center is open to the <br /> public. <br /> With 29 additional visits occurring over a 6.5 hour time frame we estimate 2 to 4 parking <br /> stalls will be used at any one time by visitors drawn to the Community Center by <br /> Subway. <br /> Signed, <br /> l)anielO'Bresky <br />
