Section 5. Section 9-070 (Commercial Zoning Districts, B-1 and B-2) of the New Brighton <br /> Zoning Code is amended by adding new paragraph(10) as follows: <br /> (10) Manual Changeable Copy Signs. A single manual changeable copy sign per lot is <br /> permitted provided that such sign conforms to the ground and wall sign regulations of this <br /> Section and that the sign does not exceed 50% of the allowable sign area or 32 square feet, <br /> whichever is less. <br /> Section 6. Section 9-080 (Commercial Zoning Districts, B-3) of the New Brighton Zoning <br /> Code is amended by adding new paragraph(10) as follows: <br /> (10) Manual Changeable Copy Signs.
