The impacts to <br />New Brighton included the eastern half of Stinson Boulevard, from Fairway Drive to 325' north of North <br />Upland Crest. Per the Joint Powers Agreement, Columbia Heights designed the plans, tabulated bids, <br />inspected the project and administered the contract. In the summer of 2013 the concrete portion of Stinson <br />north of 5th Street NW had panels replaced, and joints repaired as needed. In the summer of 2014 the <br />bituminous portion of the project included removing the top 3- inches of bituminous with a milling machine <br />and providing a new 3 -inch lift of asphalt. <br />Costs and Funding: This project will be funded from Fund 422.
