Jacobson, Director of Public Safety <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S APPROVAL: <br /> <br />No comments to supplement this report ___ Comments attached ___ <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />To pass a Resolution approving the application for Minnesota Brass, Inc. to conduct lawful <br />gambling at New Brighton Bar & Grill, 2397 Palmer Drive. <br /> <br /> <br />Explanation: <br /> <br />Minnesota Brass, Inc. is requesting a lawful gambling license to operate at New Brighton Bar & <br />Grill, 2397 Palmer Drive. <br /> <br />Per the Gambling Control Division of the State of Minnesota, the local unit of government is no <br />longer required to sign off on the gambling license.
