RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 15- <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND ARDEN HILLS FOR THE <br />REPLACEMENT OF THE 10TH STREET NW BRIDGE OVER TRUNK HIGHWAY 35W <br />(S.P. 6284-171) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, IT IS RESOLVED that the City of New Brighton enter into MnDOT <br />Agreement No. 07080 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the <br />following purposes: <br /> <br /> To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of <br />widening Bridge No. 62890 to accommodate a trail including aesthetic elements and other <br />associated construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 35W <br />from 740 feet west of northbound 35W to 636 feet east of northbound 35W within the corporate <br />City limits under State Project No. 6284-171. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 2015, by the New Brighton City Council with a vote of <br />_____ ayes and _____ nays. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Dave Jacobsen, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Dean R.
