<br />. . <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />RELEASE OF RIGHT OF RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Williams Pipe Line Company, Grantor, <br />a Delaware corporation with its principal offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for and in consideration of <br />One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby release, quit claim and convey onto <br />Grantee, all of its right, title and interest in the following real estate situated in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, to wit: <br /> <br />The Easterly 45 feet of the Westerly 85 feet of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 30, <br />Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying immediately <br />East of, parallel with and adjoining the Easterly line of the <br />Minnesota Belt Line Railway and Transfer Company property, said <br />Easterly line of the Minnesota Belt Line Railway Transfer <br />Company property is 90 feet east of and parallel with the centerline <br />of the main tracks of the former Minnesota Belt Line Railway <br />Company, now owned by M.T. Properties and leased to Minnesota <br />Commercial Railroad Company, the Northerly limits of said <br />easement are at the Northerly line of said Northwest Quarter of <br />said Southeast Quarter, the Southerly limits of said easement are at <br />the Southerly line of said Northwest Quarter of said Southeast <br />Quarter. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />Commencing at the center of said Section 29, a Ramsey County <br />Cast Iron Monument, thence South 89058'54" E, bearing based on <br />Ramsey County Coordinate System (NAD 1983) 1991 <br />Adjustment, a distance of761.89 feet to the Easterly boundary line <br />of the Minnesota Belt Line Railway and Transfer Company <br />property; thence N 000 42'38" W along said Easterly line of said <br />Minnesota Belt Line Railway and Transfer Company property, a <br />distance of feet; thence N 890 17'22" E a distance of <br />50.00 feet; thence S 05013'49" E a distance of feet to the <br />South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />said Section 29; thence N 89058'54" W along said south line of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 29 a <br />distance of 85.01 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Said property was acquired by virtue of that certain Right of Way Agreement executed by <br />the MacGillis & Gibbs Company dated May 2, 1958, recorded May 23, 1958 in Book 372, Page <br /> <br />-1- <br />
