DB066594 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of New Brighton has certified special assessments <br />against the attached list of described properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since the certification the described properties have been conveyed or <br />replatted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, because of this conveyance or replatting it is necessary that the assessments be <br />reapportioned. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />that the assessments against the described properties shall be reapportioned as shown in the <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of New Brighton this.21lL day of December , 19.2..8.. <br /> <br />~dfL <br />Robert J.
