<br />.. . <br /> <br />". <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Legal Description of Subject Property and Easements <br /> <br />PARCEL 1 (E-Z MINI STORAGE PROPERTY) <br />251 Fifth Street NW, New Brighton <br />PIN 29-30-23-41-0002-2 <br /> <br />Description of Subiect Propertv <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 of SE 1/4), Section 29, <br />Township 30 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: <br />Beginning at a point on the North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) 882.11 feet West of the <br />Northeast comer; thence South 01 degree 01 minutes East 1313.60 feet to an iron pin on the South <br />line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 of SE 1/4); thence North 69 degrees <br />03 minutes 30 seconds East 451.4 feet along said South line to an iron pin on the West right of way <br />line of T.H. 35W; thence Northerly 97.3 feet along the West right of way line of T.H. 35W; thence <br />Northeasterly 450 feet along the West right of way line of T.H. 35W; thence Northerly 525 feet <br />along the West right of way line of T.H. 35W to an iron pin; thence West 241.11 feet to an iron pin; <br />thence North 240 feet to the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence West on the <br />North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) 233.7 feet to the point of beginning. A permanent easement for storm sewer purposes in, under, over, and across the south 30 <br />feet of the west 320 feet of the above-described Property. Also, a permanent easement for <br />storm sewer purposes in, under, over and across that part of the Property lying southwesterly <br />of a line drawn from a point in the west line of said Property, a distance of 80 feet north of <br />the southwest corner to a point in the south line of said Property a distance of 80 feet east of <br />the southwest corner thereof. <br /> <br />2. A lO-foot wide temporary construction easement in, under, over, and across that part of the <br />Property lying adjacent to the northerly side of the above-described permanent storm sewer <br />easement. Also, a temporary construction easement in, under, over, and across the westerly <br />10 feet of the south 340 feet of the Property. Said temporary construction easement shall <br />expire on June 30, 1999. <br /> <br />3.
