<br />.! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 98-104 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INST ALLA TION OF NO-PARKING SIGNS ON THE SOUTH <br />SIDE OF 2ND STREET NW AT THE WESTERN CURBLINE OF THE EASTERN DRlVEW A Y <br />OF 151 5TH AVE NW FOR A DISTANCE OF 20 FEET WESTERLY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, vehicle parking on the south side of 2nd Street NW adjacent to 151 5th Avenue NW <br />make it difficult to impossible for semi trailer trucks to back into the delivery driveway <br />servicing the Twin City Oxygen Company, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, vehicles are frequently parked in this area of 2nd Street <br /> <br />Whereas, the surrounding businesses have requested the installation of no-parking signs. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby orders the establishment of a <br />no-parking area on south side of Second Street NW at the western curbline of the eastern driveway <br />of 151 5th Ave NW for a distance of20 feet westerly. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of November, 1998. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Robert J.
