<br />,Ii <br /> <br />," <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.9 8 - 0 98 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 98-8, STONY LAKE <br />ESTATES STREET AND UTILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, bids for the above mentioned improvements were received, opened, and read aloud by the <br />City Administration at 9:00 a.m., October 16, 1998, complying with the advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bidder meeting bid specifications was found to be Yolk Sewer and Water, <br />Inc, with a bid of $93,928.50. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Yolk Sewer and Water, Inc. in the name of the City of New Brighton for <br />Improvement Project 98-8, Stony Lake Estates Streets and Utilities; and <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bid except that the deposits of the successful low bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of October, 1998. <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />,-,; -""j <br />atthew S.
