<br />i, <br />! l <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 98-089 <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRJGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON PROJECT 97-1, STREET RECONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City Council has met and heard and <br />passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment ofthe improvement of: <br />370 benefited lots abutting the following streets: <br /> <br />15th Avenue NW - 17th Street NW to 18th Street NW <br />- 18th Street NW to 19th Terrace NW <br />18th Avenue NW - 14th Street NW to Long Lake Road <br />19th Avenue NW - 14th Street NW to 16th Street NW <br />- 17th Street NW to 18th Street NW <br />20th Avenue NW - 14th Street NW to Rice Creek Road <br />21st Avenue NW - 14th Street NW to 16th Terrace NW <br />15th Street NW - Silver Lake Road to 23rd A venue NW <br />16th Street NW - 21st Avenue NW to Long Lake Road <br />17th Street NW - Silver Lake Road to 17th Avenue NW <br />- Long Lake Road to 15th Avenue NW <br />18th Street NW - 20th Avenue NW to Long Lake Road <br />- Long Lake Road to 15th Avenue NW <br />19th Street NW - 20th Avenue NW to Long Lake Road <br />16th Terrace NW - 21st Avenue NW to 20th Avenue NW <br />19th Terrace NW - 20th Avenue NW to Long Lake Road <br />- 17th Avenue NW to 15th Avenue NW <br />- all <br />- all <br />- all <br /> <br />Fredeen Road <br />Greenview Drive <br />Pike Lake Court <br /> <br />BY: The construction of stonn sewer, watennain, sanitary sewer repairs, concrete curb and gutter <br />repairs, and street surfacing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The total amount to be assessed is $309,950.88. <br />2. Such proposed assessment, referred to as Ramsey County Data Processing Improvement Number 6638 s <br />hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of <br />land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the improvement in the amount of the assessment <br />levied against it. <br />3. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period often (10) years, the <br />first installment to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1999 and shall bear interest at the rate <br />of7.0 percent per annum from the adoption of this assessment resolution. <br />4.
