<br />II <br />; <br /> <br />, . <br />. - , <br />~.' <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />. :~ <br /> <br />;, " <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-90 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON PROJECT 98-6, LaPORTE NW WATER SERVICE <br />REPAIR. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City Council has met and heard <br />and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment of the improvement of: <br /> <br />LOCATION: 2527 Silver Lake Road <br /> <br />BY: The repair of water service. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The total amount to be assessed is $850.00. <br />2. Such proposed assessment, referred to as Ramsey County Data Processing Improvement Number <br />6710, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, <br />and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the improvement in the <br />amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />3. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period often (10) <br />years, the first installment to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1999 and shall bear <br />interest at the rate of 7.0 percent per annum from the adoption of this assessment resolution. <br />4. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the <br />County Auditor pay the whole of the assessment on such property with interest accrued to the date of <br />payment, to the City Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid <br />within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution and he may, at any time thereafter, pay the County <br />Treasurer, the balance of assessments remaining unpaid with interest accrued in accordance with the <br />statutes such in case made and provided. <br />S.
