<br />;.' <br /> <br />-> <br /> <br />i; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.98-077 <br /> <br />,,~..... <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND ORDERING ENGINEERING <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR STREETS AND UTILITIES TOSERVE STONY LAKE <br />ESTATES, PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 98-7. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the New Brighton City Council has initiiated consideration of proposed improvement <br />Project 98-7, the construction of streets and utilities to serve Stony Lake Estates and <br />to assess the benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, <br />as amended). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the New Brighton Director of Public <br />Works for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasibile and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvments as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted this 11 th <br /> <br />day of AlIgw::.t <br /> <br />,1998. <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />~ <br />~.fu~Manager <br /> <br />_---~- ~ATTEST: <br />, <br />
