<br />r; <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. q7 -084 <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF COSTS FOR TAX INCREMENT <br />DISTRICT #26 <br /> <br />Whereas, initial work on development projects is accounted for in the Development Fund; <br /> <br />Whereas, if the project is later declared a tax increment district then the initial costs need to be <br />transferred to the tax increment district fund; <br /> <br />Whereas, $956,005.07 in initial costs were incurred for the area now declared as Tax Increment <br />District #26; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. A transfer of $956,005.07 shall be made from TI#26 to the Development Fund. <br /> <br />2. The purpose of the transfer is to reimburse the Development Fund for the initial project costs. <br /> <br />Adopted December 10th, 1997. <br /> <br />Robert J.
