5. Light poles erected on the property outside the perimeter of the site shall be constructed <br />within safety islands per the requirements of Zoning Code Section 11-010(6) (B). <br />6. Separate sign permits must be obtained for all new wall and ground signs erected on the <br />property. All signs must comply with Zoning Code Section 9-100. <br />7. A demolition permit is obtained prior to demolishing the southerly garage structure on <br />site. <br />8.
